A: Browse our city collections, select your item, choose size/color, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because products are made-to-order, changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is likely already in production.

Q: What types of products do you sell?
A: We offer city-themed apparel and merch (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.). T-shirts are our most popular, and we’re expanding regularly.
Q: How are your products made?
A: Every item is printed on-demand through our production partners. This lets us serve hundreds of cities without holding inventory and reduces waste.
Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: Most apparel ranges from XS–3XL (availability varies by item). Check each product page for a size chart.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production. International orders vary based on customs and location.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and items. We occasionally run free-shipping promos.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes—once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it.
