  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; weather delays, holidays, and carrier issues may impact arrival times.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item(s) in your cart and your delivery address.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Wrong Address or Lost Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.
