Refund and Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy 

Each Diehard Local product is made to order, just for you.
Because of this, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are the wrong size, color, or if you simply change your mind.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at john@diehardlocal.com with your order number.
  2. Include a photo of the damaged/incorrect item.
  3. We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement shipment.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size selections. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to your original form of payment.
